i forgot to charge my Sony Lithium Ion Battery for almost a month, what is the best way to charge it?
it is a lithium ion battery (sony NP BG1) for my sony Cyber Shot camera and after i charged it for 2 hours its still doesnt work, what is the allowable time to charge a lit-ion battery tha was drained for almos a month?
put the battery back into the camera, see if it will turn on, if it does with a little power left, run it on a movie mode until the battery dies, then wait 5 minutes with the battery removed from the camera.
Then recharge the battery.
Running it down will remove the “bad memory” from the “info”lithium stuff.
Also try putting it in a plastic bag and freezing it, I saw that doing a google search too.
