Looking for a High Quality camera underwater?

I'm in photography and I have a Nikon D60 and a small point and shoot camera Olympus has recently been broken (I left) I've been looking to replace with something smaller camera that can take great pictures under both water and on land. Does anyone have any suggestions? Preferably under $ 300 please! Thanks

Canon Powershot D10 I bought for my trip to Maui, I just returned from. This camera took pictures and great land of water. I used a lot of different configuration of a landscape, which was great. Images foliage was large. The only disappointment I had was when I found a green lizard red plant (the wonder of a contrast that is), the details were great, but the plant looked more orange than red in my picture. horizontal mode was good for Iao Needle and Hana. underwater pictures were great and the water was too rough in the surface. We went to Honolua Bay and colors of fish and vibrant corals were Under Water. It was amazing, some photos do not even know he was under water. You have to get in the water, facing the camera up to produce images more enjoyable and although fish swam, can capture a clear image. The duration battery of the camera is awesome! My friend had another Canon Camera with underwater case, his battery died a few hours. My battery was still strong, I had the camera all the time because you never know what fresh fish when they swim. We then went to the Ka'anapali beach outside the hotel and unfortunately the surf was a little rougher. However, there were turtles near the beach near Black Rock and had the courage under water so we took the two photos out of the water and in water. The surf was up a pile of sand, so it was difficult to get a clear picture of the turtle underwater. I was beaten by the waves and I'm sure my camera was hitting the sand a little like me, but I had no problem at all. One of my favorites was using the configuration of a landscape at sunset. The sunset was bright orange details and pictures turned out great. When you look at the LCD, it looked a bit off, but after taking the photo, which was simply magnificent. The quality of color was a vibrant orange and you can see the reflection in the water and the detail was just great. This is a great camera for all-terrain or water. It's easy to use once you read the manual and Canon is a (need I say more). It is recognized as a camera is bright blue and I love the large LCD screen. It is very useful when your taking pictures underwater.
